Interview: Leslye Obiora


Professor Leslye Obiora was the Cabinet Minister of Mines and Steel for the federal government Nigeria and a manager for World Bank Africa Region Gender and Law Programme. With degrees from Harvard, Yale, and the University of Nigeria, Obiora is a leading expert in human rights, women and gender studies and currently teaches law at the University of Arizona. She was interviewed by APJ co-Editor-in-Chief Memme Onwudiwe.
