Teju Abisoye, Acting Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), sat down with APJ editor Oladeji Tiamiyu for an interview. Formerly the Director of Programmes and Coordination at LSETF, Mrs. Abisoye is a lawyer with experience in development finance, project planning and management.
